This Committee administers scholarships granted to VIU from the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council (SSHRC). Each year VIU receives a quota from SSHRC to nominate students for the Joseph-Armand Bombardier Canada Graduate Scholarships Program - Master’s Award. It is mandated that VIU conduct an internal selection process for this award.
