Welcome Centre

The Welcome Centre is located on the main floor of building 300, beside the cafeteria and is staffed with two Customer Service Representatives who are available in-person from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm and by phone from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. The Customer Service Representatives are available to assist with general queries about Vancouver Island University and how to access our programs and services.
