BellyFit
An energizing cardio dance fusion of Bellydance, African, Bhangra & Bollywood ending with Yoga & Pilates for core strength and balance. No previous experience needed. Bare feet or runners are OK, bring water and a yoga mat or use the gym mats. Instructor: Genya Bonfield
Hip Hop
Students will gain an understanding of hip hop through the incorporation of technique, history and combos. Dancers will learn some of the moves they have seen through current media as well as the grooving that hip hop is based on. According to group interest, styles to cover can include Old School, New School, ISO, Waacking, Waving and Popping. Instructor: Dominique Saab
Latin Solo
Have fun learning the latest and trendlest latin dance moves including salsa, merengue, bachata, cha cha & samba. No partner required! Instructor: Veronique Rioux
